Saturday 15th Oct 3.00-4.00pm The Shakespeare Centre
Never before seen (or heard) in the UK, this highly-acclaimed trio (Ville Ranta, Niko Kumpuvaara and Aleksi Ranta) bring something fresh and exciting to comics in performance and, in the process, create a fascinating new artform. Be entranced and enthralled as you watch Ville create original comic art live accompanied by a kaleidoscope of improvised music from jazz to tango, rock to jamming by Niko and Aleksi on guitar and accordion. Energetic, fun and original it could be the festival experience everyone will be talking about…..they certainly have in Switzerland, the USA, Finland and Sweden where their concerts have ranked as some of the most popular festival events.
In partnership with the Finnish Institute in London
