The Golden Gates Series features 10 gate locks around the Lake District that were ‘vandalized’ in gold leaf. Framed in embellished gold, the work was first shown at Tullie House in 2010 for ‘Sedition’ – an exhibition of contemporary Cumbrian based artists, and have since exhibited in London, Bath and Ambleside. This show will feature new work in the form of multiples, which will be on sale throughout the exhibition.
