When young Victor Frankenstein’s beloved dog Sparky passes away, the budding scientist is inspired to re-animate his pet’s corpse by harnessing lightning in his makeshift attic laboratory. Once the sprightly, badly sewn-back-together secret is discovered, Victor’s classmates also try dabbling with life, death and electricity, creating havoc and terror.
