Father Ted Dinner Show at Castle Green Hotel, Kendal

A tribute to the cult TV classic Father Ted, the unique and interactive comedy dining experience ‘Ted & Co – The Dinner Show’ debuted at the 2011 Edinburgh Fringe Festival selling out every show and picking up five star audience reviews, thanks to an evening of high-energy improvisation, audience participation and perfect comic timing.

Mrs Doyle, the housekeeper is never far away with her precious teapot and sees it as her sole purpose in life to supply the priests and audience with copious amounts of tea.

Performed to perfection, the highly acclaimed cast combine satire and surrealism with a good helping of old fashioned comedy to bring the tribute show to life, it’s highly interactive and a delicious 3-course meal is included, this 2-hour show promises a hilarious and fun evening, with the audience as the diners and Ted, Dougal, Jack & Mrs Doyle as the hosts. Not to be missed!  (Ahh, Go on, Go on, Go on, Go on!).  The most enjoyable dining experience you will ever have!

So, it’s no surprise that the sell-out shows at last year’s Edinburgh Fringe earned high praise: “Best show I’ve seen in years”, ”Hilarious from beginning to end”, ”Excellent show, lots of laughs”, ”Acting was great” were just some of the audience reviews.
