Junko Mizuno began drawing and publishing her own manga more than 10 years ago with her distinct self-taught style making a huge impact from the outset. She began working with acclaimed magazines and music labels to produce original manga works and has developed a large international following. Known for her style of powerful imagery, Junko combines cuteness, gore and eroticism in comics, paintings, animations and toys. On a special visit to the festival from San Francisco, where she currently resides, she joins Woodrow Phoenix who will guide you on a journey beyond the cute into her addictive and psychedelic world.
