We mark the debut in the UK of this Belgian iconic half-wit (Henk that is not Peter!) by pitting him alongside Colin Doobrey-Smiff, otherwise known as Combat Colin, a wannabe war hero.
Known better under the pseudonym Herr Seele, Peter van Heirseele is a renowned Flemish cartoonist, author, actor, presenter and piano collector and co-creator of the absurd comic Cowboy Henk which was winner of a major prize at the Angouleme Festival in 2014. Lew Stringer creator, of amongst other bizarre and memorable characters, Combat Colin has been writing and drawing humour strips for more than 30 years.
