The Brewery Comedy Club is the home of some of the best established and young, up-and-coming acts on the North-West comedy circuit.
Ian Cognito has been compared to Lenny Bruce, Bill Hicks and Gerry Sadowitz. Winner of the Time Out Stand Up Comedy Performance Award 1999 he is outspoken, opinionated and totally clued up, Ian Cognito's take on the world will have you convinced and convulsed (with laughter) as he spits his darkly humorous vitriol over an unsuspecting crowd.

The Brewery Comedy Club on 25th February was disrupted because of the snow. Anyone who had tickets for this gig can now get their tickets transferred to the March Comedy Club or to Paul Tonkinson 6th February.
