Dan Evans

Dan Evans first appeared on the comedy circuit in 1994.  His TV and radio appearances include Brain Candy (BBC3 & 2), Channel 5 at The Store, Channel 5 Comedy Zone and the Radio 2 Stand Up Show.

He writes too, with many credits including Rory Bremner Who Else? (CH 4), The Eleven O’Clock Show (CH 4) and The Joan Rivers Position (CH 5).

 

Peter Brush

A highly distinctive performer and deft writer of finely crafted jokes, Peter has been a finalist in a variety of local and national comedy competitions including the BBC New Comedy Award 2013.

In 2015 he performed his debut solo hour ‘Older Than The Oldest Dog That Ever Lived’ at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, receiving 4*+ reviews. That year he also performed as part of the prestigious ‘Big Value’ showcase run by Just The Tonic. He went back in 2016 to do his 2nd hour ‘Dreams with Advert Breaks’, which again received 4* reviews.

 

Ben Lawes

Ben has been influenced in his comedy writing and performing from an early age,with inspiration from such greats as Morecambe and Wise and Tommy Cooper to his present day favourites such as Lee Mack, Sean Lock, Mickey Flanaghan, Tom Stade, Jason Cook and many others

With a mixture of confidence, empathy and a sarcastic bitter twist on observational humour, combined with a number of superbly crafted gags, he is able to keep the crowds attention from start to finish.

 

Paul Pirie

Paul began his stand-up career after giving up acting to pursue the funny man that lies within, quickly establishing himself on the Scottish comedy circuit as long ago as 2004.

Since this time Paul’s career has encompassed TV, Film and Radio alongside his burgeoning skill as a stand-up with Paul emerging as one of the biggest Scottish acts on the UK comedy circuit.  Paul has since had a consecutive succession of sell out shows at The Glasgow Comedy Festival and joined esteemed popular comedy-improv group Dance Monkey Boy, Dance! and has helped with the development of the group.
