A series of creative workshops exploring wellbeing and how to stay resilient, for young people aged 15-19.

Join us at the Brewery Arts Centre to explore the true meaning and importance of mental health, its impacts upon your day-to-day life and develop skills to utilise creative methods to better understand and communicate your emotions and experiences. Meet others and collaborate to create a community with a greater understanding of mental health and improved mental wellbeing.
