This group is for anyone who has always wanted to have a go making a film but not sure where to start. Come along to this fun group, learn lots of new skills, make friends and see your film on the big screen.
Stuart Sutton bio
For many years Stuart has been travelling the world writing, editing and filming. This has taken him from the depths of the oceans and to the roof of the world. He started in film production just as filming-making technologies became affordable (almost) and has been involved with some great projects (and some not so great). He has worked with some very interesting people often at the cutting edge of creative concepts and made quite a few boring promotional corporate videos too. In addition to a good sense of humour (these workshops are fun), he also has a good knowledge of many editing, sound, post-production software programs. Since returning to the UK with his family Stuart has been involved with teaching film/animation workshops to a variety of groups and has just completed a post-grad in education at the University of Cumbria. “In an ever increasingly digital world, we should all embrace the power of film”

Audio Description (AD) is available in Screen 1. Infrared audio system is available in both Cinema Screens 1 and 2. Induction loops (T) are in place in the Theatre, please ask for assistance on the door.
