About the tutor
For many years Stuart has been travelling the world writing, editing and filming. This has taken him from the depths of the oceans and to the roof of the world. He started in film production just as filming-making technologies became affordable (almost) and has been involved with some great projects (and some not so great). He has worked with some very interesting people often at the cutting edge of creative concepts and made quite a few boring promotional corporate videos too. In addition to a good sense of humour (these workshops are fun) he also has a good knowledge of many editing, sound, post-production software programs. Since returning to the UK with his family Stuart has been involved with teaching film/animation workshops to a variety of groups and has just completed a post grad in education at the University of Cumbria. “In an ever increasingly digital world we should all embrace the power of film”
