Jennifer Copley has just published her new pamphlet collection Vinegar & Brown Paper – a series of illustrated short prose pieces which take
as their starting point well-known nursery rhymes.

Ian Seed has published several collections of poetry, most recently Identity Papers which featured on BBC Radio 3’s The Verb.  John Ashbury comments

‘The mystery and sadness of empty rooms, chance encounters in the street, trains travelling through a landscape of snow become magical in Ian
Seed’s poems’.  He lives near Lancaster and teaches at the University of Chester.

Pauline Yarwood: ‘wry poet of the sideways glance’  (Carole Coates)

Demix: Rod Demick and his wife Sarah Littlefeather have been performing as a duo since way back in the days of yore and bring well-worn-in songdom in the style of Folkestry.

Venue: Warehouse Cafe
