Beginners Guide To Digital Street Photography

Develop your photographic skills out on the streets of Kendal and learn to look at the world in a different way!

What will the course or workshop cover and how will it be taught? 
This is a practical and creative course. In the morning we will start by looking at what makes a great image and discuss the basics of street photography. You will then head out into the streets of Kendal to capture images in this busy Lakeland town. A chance to look at the world in a new and exciting way! This is a great opportunity to develop your creative and technical photography skills.

What do I need to bring with me?
You will need to bring your own digital camera. A basic understanding of aperture, shutter speed and ISO is helpful but not essential as tuition will be provided. Lunch is not provided so be prepared to eat on the move!

About the tutor
After a career in business, Tim Murray decided to change direction and develop my passion for photography. He went back to college to learn about the creative process of making images and began life as a freelance photographer. Based in Kendal he now undertakes commercial work as well as teaching film and digital photography skills. Photography provides an opportunity to see the world in new and interesting ways and his aim is to help you develop these skills!
