Join Radio 2’s Mark Radcliffe for an inspirational night of live music by some of the UK’s most talented young musicians. This much-loved event, now in its 19th year, has launched the careers of Bella Hardy, Jackie Oates, Jim Moray, Blair Dunlop, Lucy Ward and more. The concert features performances by 10 young acts and a guest appearance by this year’s Young Folk Award mentors, Nancy Kerr and James Fagan. Based on the performances tonight, judges will select four nominees and a winner for 2017.
