Badfinger the legendary 1970’s Powerpop band return to play live in the UK.
Bob Jackson joined the original line-up in the 70’s and is set to take Badfinger on a series of dates across the UK starting September 2016.
Signed to the Beatles’ Apple label Badfinger launched it’s career with the Paul McCartney penned classic ‘Come And Get It’ and quickly followed it up with ‘No Matter What’, ‘Day after Day’ and ‘Baby Blue’, all written by Pete Ham and all of which were Top 10 hits in UK, USA and CANADA.
Then there’s ‘Without You’, the classic Worldwide No.1 for Harry Nilsson, Mariah Carey and many others, a Badfinger original written by Pete Ham & Tom Evans and described by Paul McCartney as “The killer song of all time”.
In addition to all of Badfinger’s iconic hits the show will feature a rich mixture of material from the band’s back catalogue as well as two new songs written by Bob Jackson.
