CEILIDH WITH BANTER

Music |
12th May 2017

Fri 12 May | Doors 7.30pm | £10 Standard | £12 On The Door

Bursting on to the Festival scene in their first year, Banter are all about having a great night of traditional English dance tunes and songs, played with a cheeky twist…

Featuring Simon Care (of Edward II/Albion Band fame) on squeezeboxes, Nina Zella (Liam Robinson Dance Band, Andrea Capezzuoli et Compagnie) on piano and vocals and Tim Walker (Liam Robinson Dance Band, Pigeon English) on percussion and cornet. Banter are fast gaining a reputation as one of the “must-see” bands on the English folk circuit.

With Glastonbury, Towersey, Bromyard, Southwell and Sidmouth  Festivals already under their belt they promise a great night that is guaranteed to leave you smiling.
