Many people are not aware that the Brewery Arts Centre is a charity.
Income from ticket sales, workshops and other sources such as the bars, cafes and restaurant only account for 80% of our income. For the remainder, we are dependant on grants and donations, including those generously made by individual donors. In order to maintain the Brewery Arts Centre as the culturally vibrant venue it is, with a broad and eclectic artistic policy and an innovative creative learning programme for young people, we need your support.
There are several ways you can make a donation to us including making a one-off donation or becoming a Brewery Patron.
Gift Aid
If you are a UK tax payer, we can increase the value of any financial gift you make to us though the Gift Aid scheme. Because the Brewery Arts Centre is registered charity, we can reclaim the tax you have already paid on your donations, thereby increasing its value by 25% at no extra cost to you.
Remember, a donation, no matter how big or small, can make a real difference in keeping the Brewery a strong and thriving venue for the arts for future generations to enjoy.
